Start-up & Winterization
Price includes both services. Systems that are tuned up each year will operate more efficiently and can result in water savings.
Start-up service includes testing the number of zones you have, adjusting sprinkler heads, setting control times and schedule. We include up to 45 minutes for start-up service.
Additional time and parts will be invoiced separately if needed. The size and condition of the system will determine the amount of attention necessary for completion.
Mid Season Checkup
Adjusting watering times with the changing temperatures can greatly affect the condition of your lawn. We will test all zones and check sprinkler heads for proper function as well as reset the controller. We include up to 30 minutes.
Any additional time and/or parts will be invoiced separately, if needed. If any repairs are required, time and/or parts will be invoiced separately. We will initiate contact for this service in the month of July.
Backflow Inspection
All irrigation systems use a backflow preventer to prevent contaminates and pollutants from entering the water supply.
These devices are required to be tested annually to ensure proper function.
